2. Nature of the Website & Scope of Processing

detective.pl is an informational website describing the private-investigation services of Temida Sp. z o.o.

  • • No user accounts, on-line forms, newsletters or e-commerce functions are provided.
  • • We do not collect any personal data directly through the site.
  • • No advertisements or profiling are carried out.*

3. Automatically Transmitted Technical Data

When you browse the site, your browser sends standard technical information (e.g. IP address, user-agent string, date/time of the request).

  • • The servers are operated by Cyber_Folks S.A. (Poland).
  • • System logs generated for security and diagnostic purposes remain under the exclusive control of the hosting provider. Temida Sp. z o.o. neither stores nor processes those logs.*

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The website does not set any cookies other than those that are strictly necessary for HTTP communication and generated automatically by your browser or the server.

  • • No analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.), social-media plug-ins, Google Maps, YouTube embeds, or marketing pixels are used.
  • • For this reason, no cookie consent banner is displayed.*

5. Data Collected Outside the Website

Personal data of clients are obtained offline when a service contract is signed at our office, on the following legal bases:

  • • performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR);
  • • compliance with legal obligations, including the Polish Private Investigation Act of 6 July 2001, accounting and tax laws (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR).
    Relevant privacy information is provided to clients at the time of contract execution.

6. Recipients of Data

We do not share any data gathered through the website with third parties. Offline client data may be disclosed solely to:

  • • public authorities entitled by law (courts, law-enforcement agencies);
  • • service providers who assist us with accounting or legal compliance, but only where necessary and under confidentiality agreements.

7. Transfers Outside the EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Hosting infrastructure operated by Cyber_Folks S.A. is located in Poland.


8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you may request:

  • • objection to processing.

  • • Client data obtained via contracts are stored for the period required by law (typically five years after the end of the tax year in which the service was completed) and then securely destroyed or anonymised.

Temida Sp. z o.o. applies organisational and technical safeguards, including restricted physical access to paper files and encryption of electronic media containing contractual data.

Our investigation services and this website are intended exclusively for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data of minors.
