Jakub Duszczyk is an interdisciplinary scientific and technical specialist with a broad educational background encompassing chemistry, environmental engineering, toxicology, forensic biology, dietetics, and occupational safety. His academic and professional career focuses on the study and assessment of the effects of chemical and biological substances on the environment and human health.
He holds a PhD in Natural and Exact Sciences in the discipline of Chemical Sciences, as well as multiple engineering and science degrees, including a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering (specialization: Air, Water, and Wastewater), a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering (specialization: Environmental Protection Engineering), a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemistry (specialization: Pharmaceutical Formulation Technology), and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics.
Jakub has completed numerous postgraduate programs covering a wide range of disciplines, including Occupational Health and Safety Management, Pedagogy (Teacher Training), Forensic Science and Toxicology, Forensic Biology, Agriculture, Herbal Medicine and Phytotherapy, Hygiene and Epidemiology, Soil Science, Soil Classification, and Soil Cartography, Horticulture, Renewable Energy and Waste Management, Molecular Biology, Business Management, Green Area Design and Maintenance, Food Quality and Safety Analysis, Cosmetic Product Technology, Herbal, Cosmetic and Functional Food Merchandising (in progress), Cosmetic Formulation Technology, and MBA in Business Management. He is also a certified mushroom classifier.
Currently, he continues his academic development by pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies in Criminology, expanding his expertise in the analysis of criminal phenomena and social pathology.
Professionally, Jakub focuses on environmental sample analysis, chemical and toxic substance testing, assessment of soil, water, and air contamination, and interpretation of toxicological data. He has extensive experience working with hazardous materials, industrial waste, and substances of unknown chemical composition.
He specializes in environmental hazard assessment, forensic toxicology, analysis of narcotic and psychoactive substances, and quality evaluation of food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. His knowledge and analytical skills are applied in projects related to environmental protection, public health, epidemiology, and chemical and sanitary safety.
